@MiniBig2 while holding an Arc9 weapon, Press C and then select personalise. Some weapons won’t have the tab but most of them do. You will see a slot called sticker, thats where you put them

idk it's been forever since i played gmod. but there's a keybind to open the ARC9 menu, and hopefully from there it's obvious

i use the default hud alongside the HOL-D4 mod, which i'm not sure if that mod is actually a hud mod of sorts

so first you actually have to equip an arc9 weapon, which there's a lot of, like gunsmith reloaded. then whilst holding the weapon press c and there should be a customization tab
