Hard to micro caz the FPS drop, aside from that, the map is still beatable :D love the counter-attack part.

only problem is that the amount of bugs makes me run at 5fps. aside from that its fun but its really aggravating trying to click units with the fps issue

Is great up until the last 5 minutes.

Too many bugs the game becomes Too laggy and unplayable, literally up to the point that to select a unit you have to do it 10 seconds in advance, and worse if you want to move them. By the time you finally move the unit, it either is already dead or the bugs already overrun everyone else.

Cool map, unplayable towards the end though.

Fantastic mission. Hard as hell though but if you can hold them on the second level then you'll finish it. I found just feeding e-troopers and rocket launchers into the grinder and keeping them near drop points so you can just spam reinforcements helps a lot

Just played this and I killed a good amount on the 3rd part of the fort but when they were sending in more and more tankers I fell back to 4th part of the base then not that soon after disbanded all units and I failed the operation but still good operation

The frame rate drops are quite significant for this mission. If Workshop maps gave achievements, I'd have gotten halfway through the kill bugs achievements just with this map. I know what you are going for and it's cool, but my PC should not struggle this much while playing a game that looks like this.

so it was the problem with a update to the game making it impossible to build units and structures. They fixed it apparently. Much more enjoyable of a lvl this time.

Archer how Is this possibile? You begin the Mission with all 3 bases owned and the platforms tò build all the structures. Waves begins only After lure signal activation

so for this mission am i supposed to be unable to call for any reinforcements? Cause it wouldn't let me make any buildins or summon any units and holding on with just the starter units becomes about impossible after 15 min with the lag.

Миссия очень крутая, прошёл со второй попытки, но есть один минус, это лаги из за количества жуков, у меня не самый плохой компьютер и не такое тянул, но пришлось убавлять настройки графики на минимум, да и это сильно не помогло, возможно сама игра не готова к такому

Love the map, i would suggest reducing the amount of bugs for the counter attack. Frame rate drops very dramatically. Thanks!

Same problem as reported before. The main enemy of this map is insane lag, about 1 mintute to the end of the lure signal the game becomes unplayable. I guess spamming so many enemies that the PC can't handle them is one way to raise the difficulty level...

The counterattack reinforcements still get wiped out in a matter of seconds, either because they run straight at the enemy without sooting or they get deployed in the middle of the bug wave.

Also, consider moving the "loading bay" base. Arachnids tend to just ignore it for some reason and despite being pushed nearly all the way back it was still standing

I enjoyed all 3 scenarios However i did run into some problems towards the end the sheer ammount of bugs started to bog down the FPS of the game, even on a pretty powerful PC like i have, and the Reinforcement wave got wiped out almost instantly as they charged straight into the bugs without attacking

Hi Commander_Shawn. I'm going to update a side-version the upcoming week that will include Fleet Liaisons and Big ass smasher-bots. The vanilla version won't have these units because (imho) they help too much in defence (no royal guards and no scorpions is a great bonus). Stay tuned!

Love everything so far. Map got really slow later one with all the bugs. However, they are awesome for everything else. Am I not suppose to have access to a fleet member?

It was meant to. I think power armors are actually game breaking without adding some kind of bugs in game. I'll think about adding them in next updates.

@Brico the scenario is good in all but i think u forgot to add in the Power armor infantry, i could not spawn the supply station cause i was missing a station apparantly

Wonderful map, thank you for your work!
I got only 1 little problem with it. 1 second after "Counterattack" forces deployed, huge bugs wave also spawned and whipped those forces in a second :(
Still succesfully completed the map with 12000+ bugs killed.

Outstanding man, just finished it, killed 8580 bugs. Much better frame rate, it does slow down a bit but its much more manageable. Keep making cool maps because I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE!

By the end there are so many bugs it ruins the game. Lags out bad. The game engine just cant handle it. But fun up untill its a slide show.

Again like the first map I say lower the amount of bugs. It's cool but it slogs down things to a 6 frame crawl.
