Good job with the Art and the Units, but I feel the special ability should represent Wilhelms political view of the world rather than Hindenburgs and Ludendorffs militray strategies.

Example: "Our place in the Sun"; Colonies on foreign land masses start with a free Barracks building. Barracks provide +1 local hapiness and +1 culture. Generals can be spent to give temporary movement bonuses to all land units around them" (Or some other useful functions that implies that german military played a great social role in the Kaiserreich)

Or maybe: "Gott mit uns" ("God with us (to war)"); Units around cities with the state religion have increased movement and attack for the first 10 turns after a war is declared (basically a nerfed version of the current ability, that hints towards the role of religion in the Kaiserreich). And then maybe the thing with the Worker units. Really like that one.

Just some ideas to give the faction a bit more flavor and make it less like Blitzkrieg.

This civ feels a bit too strong. I am now in the early renaissance, and the more movement made me steamroll the enemy. Mainly on siege units the bonus is big. The war effort mechanic seems a bit too strong, and it looks like it doesn't scale with the number of cities (and I'm afraid that it also doesn't scale with map size). Due to how massive the movement bonus is, this civ would be nice with the production and the movement bonus alone.
I also don't like the music.

I've been away from Civ V for a bit but I'm having a problem with these Mods. I've done everything I can think of but for some reason NONE of TarcisioCM's mods are showing up.as playable Civs. I've reinstalled the entire game, verified the files, deleted the mods cache, removed the civs, reseubscribe and redownloaded but they won't show up in either the normal screen or the Really Advanced Set-up Mod screen. Any thoughts? I realy want to play with Bulgaria, Germany and the Ottomans for a WW I themed game.

I believe Hearts of Iron IV: Waking the Tiger is already released last March 8.

Germany already has a modified focus tree that could led to althistory path, including a chance to depose Hitler and restore the Kaiserreich or perhaps install the constitutional monarchy. Perhaps, that is why there is a need for a what-if German civ during World War II, which is led by Wilhelm III.

But unfortunately, @TarcisioCM didn't respond. Seems he is gone from Civ V...

Heard the fact Hearts of Iron IV has a new DLC entitled "Waking The Tiger". For that, there might be a hypothetical WWII German civ.

It says that the latent dissatisfaction with Hitler's rule came to an head that caused by his move to remilitarize the Rhineland. Thus, the number of Wehrmacht generals rallied behind August von Mackensen, who have placed the motion plans aiming to depose Hitler and to remove the Nazi regime from power. The next was to secure the new state and clamp down on Nazism if they are to restore the Kaiserreich.

Leader of a hypothetical Germany seems to be Wilhelm III (full name is Friedrich Wilhelm Victor August Ernst). His unique ability is "Hohenzollern Reverence"

It has served me well to stay clear of Civ mods that have brief mentions of bugs in the Comments sections. They will likely break your game (learned the hard way). But it's only fair to turn it around: I've played with this mod forever and with all kinds of set-ups (Community Balance Patch, etc). Never had a problem. Recommend.

Do i have to be at war with a major civ to make the War Effort work ? I attacked a CS in classical area started building 3 military unit but the war effort indicator was on 0.

It appears this mod isn't wholley compatible with "Yet not another earth mod pack." For example, I can't load wilhelm's germany in the "Large Europe," map but I can load it any of the earth maps. I'm using ver. 24 for "Yet not another earth mod pack."

Download 7zip (it's freeware, and takes next to no time to install)
Check the folder below or download off of Civ Fanatics
Place the Civ5Mod in MyDocuments> MyGames> Sid Meiers Civilization 5> MODS
Right click the Civ5Mod file and select 7zip -> Extract to "TarcisioCM's - (insert civilization here)
Start the game up and hit Mods
Enable the mod
Click Next and begin a game.

I love the stormtroopers, but is it possible to just add them as a separate unit, clompletely replacing the Great War Infantry makes a Great War scenario go poorly haha

level 3 units heal 5 per turn
level 4 +20% combat strength while defending
level 5 disband workers on military units to heal them, at a 20% combat strength loss

Love this Civ, however, he shallows cities other Civs like no one's business. I was by myself as Canada, with a massive 12 city germany sitting on top of my puny 5 city nation. But otherwise definetly a civ I will look forward too playing against!

This, and your Bulgarian Civ, are not showing up on YNAEMP. I generally use the 'large europe map'. BTW, I have had no problem with your other civs I use when playing an ancient Rome era game. I use basically the same standard 'mods' for pretty much all of my games.

@Trias it is already, if it's not showing up then some mod you're using probably broke Wilhelm's compatibility with YNAEMP
