You can tell the author ceased development early as there is no such thing as an option to reduce the strength of (nor disable) bloom and chromatic aberration. From personal experience, attempting to reduce the levesl of aberration and increasing the threshold for bloom to kick in does not, in fact, make the effects any less obnoxious.

That, coupled with the fact that it's extremely easy to turn your entire screen white and blind yourself with this mod, makes me advise against installing this mod. At least until the author either comes back to it, or another author (with permission if Black is reachable) takes on the development of the mod and adds ways to reduce, disable and fine tune the strength of the two aforementioned effects.

I'm gonna try other applications that add shaders and whatnot to games that don't naturally have them. Namely ReShade. If it fails, it fails. :3

When you use it with Niflheim or Fallen it recreates a flashbang (this is from experience)

I changed some settings and now I struggle to get back to something I can look at without damaging my eyes, would it be possible to add a "Reset settings" to the mod menu please ?

It would be great if you could somehow make the UI have the same effect. Otherwise it doesn't really feel the same. Still a good mod nonetheless.

idea: aberration briefly intensifies when you hit the opponent, before vanishing
aberration is a cool effect but that's the only way i could see myself playing with it

nvm its working now just had to restart my game a couple times

it doesn't show that it can be configured in the Mod Options menu
