"left4dead2\ems\devlosglm60fix\cfg"
open the file named "m60_clip2.txt" and just put the ammount of reserve ammo that you want (in my case is the same as the script mod im using) then go to:
"left4dead2\ems\devlosglm60fix\cfg\drop"
open the file named "m60_drop_enable.txt" and replace the word "true" with the word "false"
And there you go!, the mod works flawlesly, also at least for me the reload option was already set to true, if that's not your case then go to:
"left4dead2\ems\devlosglm60fix\cfg\reload"
open the file "m60_reload_enable.txt:" and switch "false" for "true"
Chat command doesn't work either it just says 'ERROR! not a integer! current value: ??9' (I put 900 as the reserve ammo). What do I do?
you can edit the m60_clip2 file itself from 0 to whatever number you desire this way you wont have to use the chat command, simply head to the file location here's the path
" Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\ems\devlosglm60fix\cfg "
Then all you gotta do is open the text file, edit it and save. Of course i can't promise this will work for you, so my apologies in advance.
[ps: i have no idea if this works when playing with friends on local, haven't tested]
>The M60 even though it didn't drop when I shot all of it's ammo, the gun didn't have any reserve ammo to reload unless I picked up more from the ammo pile. Even so, the pile only gave me enough for one full reload.
Great mod to have in game, hope you could make it no longer depends on the Vscript Autoloader mod bc it's really outdated and bug-free. Thanks <3
when i pick up ammo, it cant fill up the reserve, just returns to 150 totally
It works, i've tested it, even with lot of other mods installed it works fine.
What you might wanna do is edit the reserve ammo because when i installed this addon the first time, i had no reserve ammo, so make sure you edit it (check description).
Chose like 300 reserve ammo, look at the message that pop up which confirm the change was applied, then restart the game if you did it in game or save the changes if you did it in the config file.
