All it does is add a reaction to HP that scrambles turn order at the start of combat. It shouldn’t be incompatible with any mods, and could technically even function with Me First without crashing.

It ignores them. Everyone has their TTA set to 0, and then 1-20 gets added to it, disregarding racial adjustments to TTA.

However, racial adjustments to TTA are still in effect for the rest of combat. Scurio will still get turns faster, for example.

Does this mod take into account racial adjustments to speed (Scurio, Farreen), or ignore them?

My goodness, I'd always felt the turn order in Horizon's Gate felt a little lacking in dynamics compared to Voidspire so this mod is just perfect. Many thanks for sharing it.
