If you're having trouble getting the mod to work, go into the mods folder and put the mod file into the plankton civ folder.

Really? I just tested it out and it works for me. Although maybe it's because I'm using the upcoming V.4 version though.

It seems like there is some problem at Plakton's dialogue file. After (v.3) patch, I can't see any custom text in his diplomacy screen. He just says basic dialogues.

You can create custom Civs from the SDK, which you can download from Steam.
(I would go to CivFanatics to understand how to make a mod)
It takes me a while to create them, mainly that I'm busy alot and writing the diplomacy responses take a while.

Great Civ, I love all of your spongebob civs the custom music is great! Out of interest, how do you create custom civs and how long do these generally take?
