You mean weapon base? No. I think you should learn any considering weapon base, like TFA or CW to understand how does it work.

Do you got any video shows how to make a gun system in gmod?? Cause i got all scpsl guns models i just want to make same system from game (i got all models and animations)

No. It's a lot of work and I don't wanna do it. But you can find some weapons from scp sl in workshop made by other people.
