With future updates, I plan on keeping that template file inside the mod folder itself

Inside you "mods" folder is a sub folder called "string templates". That folder houses most mod translation templates, in the case of this mod its called "bawoonfwiend_template.pot" (or something like that).
Use the free program "POEdit" to open that template file, it will promt you to create a translation.
This will result in a "zh.po" file, which I can then add to the mod

I'm not sure why it didn't update last time but forcing it again did the trick! All balloons are visible now. Thank you!

force update your mod with mod updater

I am not seeing the option for selecting skins either with dupes or with the balloon dispenser. It only dispenses default red balloons with no way to change it.

I cannot see the toggle for manual delivery anymore...nor can I select which balloon to use

This solves the pain point that "balloon buddy" buff only benefits others but not the artists themselves. It occurred to me that I wouldn't be surprised if someone made the jukebox a happy singer.

make sure you are on the latest version (1.2.1), the correct version number is found inside the config window. (The number on the mod itself can be wrong).
Use mod updater to make sure it is updated

good point

Wouldn't 50 grams per balloon be more realistic as opposed to 5kg? Or is the high cost for balance, though since hydrogen is a great fuel and power source I'm not sure I would want to spend several kg of it per cycle just so each dupe can have a balloon for extra morale.

This mod is super cool. I just want to note that this game is hilarious in its "zero conservation of mass" and other funny weight/density discrepancies from reality. These balloons are filled with 11 POUNDS of a gas! For anyone that does chemistry, the equation of PV=nRT is completely an afterthought in this game , but no shade on KLEI, this is not critical, I just think it is funny
