Could you make it more challenging like banning machine gun unit? AI is still much too dumb in this mod.

@SilentScav That doesn't surprise me, it hasn't been updated in over a year. My guess is that some DLC units being spawned triggers the crash. I'll take a look at some point, but if you notice a specific unit or action that causes it, that would be helpful.

Previously there was a crash caused by using an ambulance to recrew an MG, but this was fixed. I haven't seen any crashes recently on my end, but if someone has run into behavior that is causing issues, let me know.

do you not understand the "if they're all doubled in size, none of them are doubled in size" rethoric? MG's will still have the same effect on them
at least they did in CoH2
the only difference is that they took longer to kill/replenish, and that airborne drops only dropped half a unit

like, I'm not asking you to do it, I already did it myself, I just made a suggestion for people

@Fuzzyballs01 I can, but I don't want to blow up the balance. Would probably be a special unit, call in eg a partisan mob.

AT guns (along with IDF and some artillery emplacements) are available in here, although tanks from battlegroups are not able to be called in.

I made a mod like this for myself in CoH2
any chance of doing what I did and doubling infantry unit sizes? just the mainline infantry, not like two snipers our MG teams of 8
I also kept AT guns because commanders could still call in tanks

Planning on spinning out a different version that allows light vehicles and maybe light tanks, while banning (or severely limiting) medium\heavy tanks. This one will remain (more or less) infantry only.

Also planning on replacing vehicle\tank battlegroup call ins with existing infantry\artillery groups. For instance the Australian light infantry from the campaign. Just need to get more familiar with the ability attributes.

If you put a image file called mod.png 1024x1024 in your 'assets' folder you get an image here on steam workshop.

All factions now have access to their reinforcement vehicle. Will look into changing other vehicle slots where appropriate.

@MarokoDK Yeah, I'm looking into a way to do this without allowing the preconverted medic trucks. I'd rather not have armed halftracks running around.

Light vehicle mode is my next plan.

supply trucks should be able to be made.
so you can heal your men.

and light vehicles should also be an option.

Pack should now be stable with no vehicles from buildings, tech tree abilities or DAK call-ins. If you find an issue, please specify the specific units type.

are you able to do an infantry emphasis mod where its still possible for tanks etc but are much more expensive like to one from COH 2

did you manage to remove the armor from tech trees, only reason I ask everytime I ever made an infantry only mod i always forgot the tech trees. Next change the tech trees to support infantry that would be nice follow up. Ill try this out and let you know
