It's a steam engine :D The pressure is the throttle.
Turn on the furnace and set a target temperature to 180 and wait a bit.

a 6-6-6 config, Duplex locomotive. Union Pacific would be proud, though those middle set of wheels better be bald, otherwise corners will be ROUGH.
