These are the comparative stats I think would allow the weapon to coexist with C4 rather then replacing it
As a guy who loves both TF2 and Unturned. I would say have them work similar to how C4 works in Unturned without replacing C4 entirely. It can stick to walls, people, cars, etc. It has a blast radius that is not super big (like maybe a bit smaller then C4's blast radius) I would say it would deal a larger amount of damage per explosive. Relying on you being more precise on where you put them to get full damage out of them. Also an arm time of 1 sec, a slightly faster rate of fire to help balance the gun.
not sure how I should have the stickied explosions work, i'm open to ideas though!
