Sorry, I got distracted by Baldurs Gate for a while. I've updated for 1.5 and will look at updating some more rituals.

hi, your about file has an error: You are missing the <li> and </li> tags

the correct format for the load after part is this:
<loadAfter>
<li>Ludeon.RimWorld.Ideology</li>

At 100% requirements fulfilled, the chances of a terrible ceremony are reduced to 1% from 5%, the chances of an ineffective ceremony are reduced to 9% from 15%, the chances of an effective ritual remain the same at 60% but the effect is increased, and the chances of a masterful ceremony goes to 30% from 20%. In addition, the reduction in chance caused by higher expectations are reduced by about 20%. The cap on Social Ability and Room Impressiveness has been increased. The contribution for having a full participant count is slightly increased to 50% but the penalty for having fewer people reduces proportionally.

Could you provide some numbers comparing vanilla to your mod? To what degree is the success chance increased?
