is this mod meant to supercede the 'old one'?
Just curious
I've considered starting over to do a complete new remake which would also be a massive undertaking, a lot of things with the mods are more a matter of *when*, as long as it's still possible there is hope
I'm just getting back into the game, and I noticed that there is now an option to make objects not target-able by the A.I.
Does this new option actually work?
I was thinking of going through all the mod stations I have and making the walls (Not Glass) un-targetable. As an issue I have with most monster mods is the fact they tear through walls and flood stations instead of going through doors.
currently the 'team' as it is now is Eclipse (the original creator) who is busy with their life, me with no coding experience, and King which has limited experience and communication skills
To the best of my abilities I haven't been able to find anyone else to work on this even when I offered money, maybe I'm not trying hard enough
I was suggested to make the github so people could volunteer towards this cause
So what can be done now, throw it away and start over?
I'm not satisfied with the state of the mod and have ideas of systems and changes to implement but I don't want to delete everything as long as there's still a chance it can become better
