Here a lil Ideas I have, you could make a Russian and Italian pack or an Ottoman and Bulgarian pack and an American and...I guess Mexico? cause of the Revolution I guess? (you don't have to do all of them, just saying)

They probably weren't apart of the weapon pack and they probably didn't use them in the actual war
