Found it. It's "ent_fire player dropweapon" or if you wanna bind it "bind x "ent_fire player dropweapon"" (copying everything from bind to dropweapon ignoring the ""s at the beginning and end)

@loganmc1983 also, you can pick them up. You just can't in normal gameplay since they usually take the place of your normal guns. However, they is a sneaky hidden command to DROP the weapon you're holding. I forget what it is exactly, but I've bound it to X so I can pick up all the sneaky guns I want.
