Add this to One Handed and pair it with the start with any weapon mod, you can become basically invincible

Rare I get a run where I can afford it but works well! Mod option / config for price scaling would be a good addition if looking to expand

this item is extremely expensive,I think it would be better to add debuff like -10% dmg and make it affordable like ordinary Lengendary items
