Now that the game has switched back to the old textures, could you maybe rework this mod so it adds the new textures back in instead? Otherwise, what's even the point of it anymore?

A simple solution is to look for the folder named "2941967852" on your computer, if the contents are .vpk files, then it will probably work.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your feedback, otherwise I would have thought I had something working well.

Ok, got it. I remember some of older textures already being smoother than other, so it seems it works for real now.

I downloaded the entire game of previous version, and picked some vtf files in materials.
I didn't choose the texture of models because it is about 500MB large and it may conflict with the customized gun skin.

It seem to work now, although some textures are still *seem* to look like the new ones. Did you upload all the texture files from the game, or only the ones that were changed? Either way, great job, i thank you kindly for your mod!

Doesn't seem to work for me either. I hope it is not because developers content-locked the textures, which would mean that it cannot work anymore at all. Hope you can fix it, i really want to have the older classic textures.

Yeah the mod doesn't work for me either, I've made sure to run it without any other texture mods and still nothing :/. I tried saying something in the Saloon and was ignored, probably worth taking a look to see if something's wrong.

Don't work? Maybe you installed other texture mod or you did not notice the difference between them. My mod has been verified by the Saloon community so there should not be any problems when using. And if more people report the same problem, I will have a look. Thank you!

lets hope this becomes official again
