I'm not sure if you are still working on this poject but I've used your mod as a base for adding the missing or botched glyphs from the Hungarian language:
- 'Ő', 'ő', 'Ű', 'ű'
- lowercase 'é' for TF2Professor
- plus removed the extra accent on the letter Á from TF2.ttf
I only created this modified version for personal use but if you are planning on updating the mod I could send you the files.

While not knowing something like Russian or Greek, I can still feel out if these would be legible because of their shared ancesty with the Latin Alphabet. There's a lot of sharing between these alphabets too, so direct copying works a lot.
Even in cases where I had to make a new glyph, in order to match the styling properly I would take parts of existing glyphs and mix them together/tweak bits for the new ones.
I have none of these luxuries with Thai. I don't know what parts of Thai glyphs are important for legibility, and they're so far removed from the existing set that they would need to be totally freshly made.
Which is also unfortunately its own problem, since the program I'm using is very bare bones. It doesn't have anything built in to ensure things like stroke thickness stays consistent or that the curves of strokes flow smoothly, it's all manual matching on my part.
Since I translated the game from the pretty outdated version to current system that it's really up-to-date, it would be sad if I can't see my work properly :(
