go to options then go to advanced. look at console cammands and click enable to open it go into game and press ` the button above tab and behind one.

Since I hve an infinte ammo addon, I went ahead and did this: bind "r" +actm.
When I press r, it will say: Unknown command: +actm. When I let go, it says: Unknown command: -actm. I have sv_cheats set to true, or 1, and I don't understand. Help, creator?
