Sorry, I deleted my comment because I think that I should be polite in commenting.
Ths sims 2 registers counters and sinks together as part of their engine ingame, there are no specific meshes done to make counters with sinks.
1: it only allowed me to rip objects, not specific sims or even clothes
2: I see no reason to add sims into this pack unless you count the NPC models of the penguin (among a couple of others), it's meant to solely be a prop/scenebuild pack.
except 4, there won't ever be a sims 4 pack
