other than that mod seems good.
I've played the 'original?' Better PvE mod which was fun to an extend, but I think this might be topping in a bit.
Because they cannot climb over sandbags
The expert AI has a lower resource income than without the mod.
but the OKW the HMG is free with no munitions
Yes, currently I've allowed the AI to build a few units without having a specific commander, increasing the difficulty and adding variety.
Otherwise the AI wouldn't be as challenging later in the game.

Currently I don't plan to increase the popcap from 120 to 150.

Well done.
Your mod makes the gameplay has more freedoms and make the A.I more challenging to fight against.
Here are some suggestions :
- Please unlocked more infantries and tanks for each factions.
- Maybe can allow engineers to build some basic defensive buildings or obstacle like tank traps without commander abilities.
- Allow A.I to use mortar smoke like zycat A.I .

First I want to play and tweak this mod.
After that, I might make a version of the mod that allows players to use more units.
