Can you make heavy Block Versions and Round Blocks too?
See? It's confirmed that he was abducted by Keen...hahaha
Now he needs to make 3x3xX block variants to perfectly match these prototech blocks.
funny you said that when the prototech update seems to be pointing in a similar direction

Expect an upcoming DLC or even SE2 focusing on the giant block category.

to all of your XL blocks. Currently they can't resist any collision damage at all without those tags, even wheels driving across them cause the blocks to pop. That will make your blocks behave more similarly to vanilla armor.
All credit to you and original links back to this mod of course.
I would LOVE if there could be a....thing when removing this mod, and making blueprints that it fills in with relevant blocks so you can share blueprints to non modded games, but not sure if that is even possible.
Also, stone/concrete/wood/etc.versions would be logical.

The angled hips also work well as a starting point for large thruster nacelles.
@Malignant: rather than creating a specific new component, it would be less production menu clutter to simply add X number of metal grids to the current component requirement. This mod is fairly lightweight currently, and it would be a shame to ad any bloat to it.
