Using RICO, this will make a great office building, like those found in a modernized city downtown, for doctors and accountants.

It looks nice! But the first level looks too short compared to the benches, maybe a 7-8ft ceiling? Most corporate or commercial offices are at least 10-12ft high per level. The Cims would have to duck going into their job haha
