Hm, it should already be updated as of a couple of weeks ago. What was it that seemed to be breaking?
If you're able to get the error to happen again, then it might generate an 'exceptionLog.txt' file in the game's steam folder with more details.

I uninstalled this mod thinking it didnt work since my game stopped working, but now that it works after removing other mods, I still have the content of this mod somehow

Hey ,when you have Extended Collection Tracker and this mod, Master Lancer's messages disappear. And even unlockable icons are removed when you hibernate. (Same thing happens with Extended Collection Tracker but alone, without this mod it also crashes, maybe that's it and it also crashes with this one as it seems the same)

LttM tranmission 2 is the last item in the list in vanilla Rain World, so that might be the same crash as below?
Tl;dr is that it's coming from the 'Custom Regions Support' mod's handling of modded transmissions, but they're looking into a fix for it.

I've been able to reproduce the crash now after installing Custom Region Support (`CustomRegions` at the top of the error log), and a modded region which adds new collection tokens (specifically 'Rain World: Deluge').

Clicking a Deluge collectible freezes my game and generates the same error log that you sent, and disabling Collection Labels did fix the issue, but after some further testing I was able to get the same crash with this mod disabled by turning on 'Unlock all collections' in the MSC remix menu, and following the same steps as above.
I'm guessing that Collection Labels just makes it easier to find the crash by allowing you to click on collectibles without having unlocked them, the same as the MSC setting.

I eventually managed to find {LINK REMOVED} CRS bug report, so it looks like it's a known issue on their end and should hopefully be fixed in the next couple of updates.

the crash occurs in the collection menu when clicking any of the tabs, and is fixed by disabling the mod, so i can only assume that to at least be part of the issue

Would you be able to post the contents of the 'exceptionLog.txt' file from your game's steam folder the next time it crashes? I haven't been able to find the issue on my end so far.

When a crash happens, the game should create that file with debugging information about where exactly the problem came from. It gets wiped the first time you start the game after the crash though, so you may need to get it to crash again for the file to show up.

it would be nice if the grey/white broadcasts in the collection said the location, im trying to find one more but checking each grey broadcast would be annoying

If the region mod adds them to the Collections menu itself, then it should all work together automatically! (Although I couldn't find any which do that in order to test.)
Otherwise there would probably need to be something that goes through every enabled mod and adds the pearls dynamically.

@turking25 That definitely sounds like it should be possible yeah, although it would probably need to go into a different mod since it's out of the scope of this one.
@ululu Very late response, but fwiw I did look into that and I couldn't find a good way of tracking where the player has and hasn't been across characters/savefiles, so I sort of shelved the idea.

Oh, that happens sometimes if the game can't read the 'token cache' that it sometimes generates ('tokens' being broadcasts + collectables). If you disable and re-enable 'More Slugcats Expansion' in the remix menu the game will remake the cache, and that should fix the issue.

You could include a config option for that! Something like a checkbox that says "Show unvisited region names (includes region name spoilers)"

It should be possible to add that if it's tracked by the game somewhere, but I wouldn't want to limit the mod's functionality for "experienced" players starting a new savegame or anything like that.
I'll try to see if I can find a good middle ground for it though.

Is it possible to make region names hidden if you haven't visited them? Like if none of the slugcats on the save file have map data for that region, it obfuscates the region name

All cool but many pearls in the middle offset by 2 spots, because of subterranian(2) which in truth is outskirts(1), and then outskirts(2) which is garbage wastes. Those two instead go right before outer expanse pearl. Overall great mod when this thing fixed :steamthumbsup: I hope its not me bugged or something and it helps :D
