Your log indicates that you still aren't running the latest version. Try unsubscribing and re-subscribing again.

I just resubscribed and the xml error persists.

Updated to fix the XML loading error, add support for 'Rimframe: Vatgrown Hate'.

@这我能死?I have no idea what you expect me to do without error logs. If it is a bug I need logs and if it is not a bug you can adjust exactly how you want the mod to work, including executions & chance to down, in the mod settings.

@jlo You can disable auto-lasso in the Assign tab, or disable it entirely in the mod settings.

@Emdood no way to prioritise it is just recreation and it is chosen randomly. The less sources of recreation that you have available, the more likely they are to choose to duel.

i'm not sure if this is a bug or an intended feature but my pawns CONSTANTLY lasso like their lives depend on it, even if i've forced them to attack with their ranged weapon, or if they're actively fighting another pawn in melee

1.6 new unstable build changed XML deserialization:
Enable new XML deserializer by default, old one can be used via -legacy-xml-deserializer.

Melee Animation throws this new error now:

Question: i cant seem to get pawns to duel enemies, they always do friendly duels, but with real fights they just hit back and forth and dont do the duel animation

中世纪必打MOD,由于个人不喜欢锁套功能,还好可以设置取消。虽然一开始很惊艳,但远程经常被拉过去群殴:lunar2019crylaughingpig:如果觉得处决过于离谱,建议搭配装甲MOD。可以完全观赏冷兵器对决的场景,一般都是打到后期才会触发处决。

Hi there! I ran into a small issue while using your mod and just wanted to let you know.

During one of the animation executions, I got an error. The log said:
[MeleeAnim] Accidentally killed or downed 李飒 when attempting to just injure: tried to deal 23.0 Stab dmg to left shoulder. Storyteller, difficulty, hediffs, or mods could have modified the damage to cause this.
[MeleeAnim] <color=#66ffb5>[MeleeAnim]</color> 张晸 has bad job: . Cancelling animation.

I'm not sure if it's something on my end, like a setting issue, or maybe a conflict with another mod.
If you have time to take a look, that would be awesome. Really love the mod—thanks so much for making something this cool!

Caused by another mod that has recently updated, possibly accidentally using Rimworld 1.6 assemblies to compile a 1.5 version. You won't get that error if you load just Melee Animation, to figure out which mod is broken you would have to keep adding mods until you get the error again.

There is now support for the 1.6 beta. There are known issues in the mod options menu with the colour picker.
Not much else has been tested so if you find errors let me know.
Once 1.6 has been fully released this mod will only be updated for the 1.6 version, old versions will still work (and receive new compatibility patches) but no more code changes will be done.
I do not plan to buy the DLC so do not expect special support for that.

in typical tech support fashion, i went to go take a screenshot with stactrace and such showing as much detail as possible, and a reload has brought it back in line a good bit. 0.500ms which is still very high but thats at 3x. 0.230~ms at 1x. This is full zoom out worse case so its much better this run, not sure what made it angry last time I checked. if its at all useful here is the screenshot at 3x full zoom and trace. https://imgur.com/a/SDn32Pz

Likely a once in a while interaction with another mod bumping it up much higher I guess.

ah so something is touching it on another mod. hmm ya i had 30 pawns, and at testing at 3x speed hit 1.5ms

I just tested with 100 colonists, the patch is taking on average 0.06ms per frame, that is 0.2% of the total frame time to reach 60 fps. I'm not seeing the issue.

AM.Patchs.Patch_InvisiblilityUtility_IsPsycologicallyInvisible:Prefix is very very TPS heavy, scaling alot per pawn, regardless of 0 combat, animations, hostiles and invisibility. I also tried turning off the "pawns are invis when animating" to see if it was something with that. Is there any way you think to reduce this? What is it checking?

Love the mod but would love to squeeze a bit more tps out of my mid-endgame

Hi, is it possible to exclude certain weapons from using executions? My pawn always try to execute with its tool but not the main weapon.
