new update! some low powered engines didnt work with the frankly jank way i did the idle throttle calculations. i realised there was a much simpler way to kickstart the AFR calculations so its now all good

You can use loopback of manifold control for calculate flows/throttles relation. But need some sync for divide data from one time. When you calculate current relation (flow/throttle) you can directly use it in calculation instead PID.

AFR its not very effective spot for control. Better use stoichiometry (this value directly affect to efficiency/power), and its depended from temperature. check my controllers - pure math solution.
