Reference is good, paint region is awful, please why did you make it so big, just limit it to the eye glow. Also, I think that this is just kinda not fitting for tf2, I also want Faust in tf2, but no, this will looks very off in game.

Making it paintable is a bit of an odd choice, maybe make the painted colors duller (if possible, probably not) but besides that it's a really nice Halloween cosmetic!
