it doesn't delete NPCs

Hmm maybe it depends on seed or something. Best thing is probably to go to a crate, save, test commands and load if you accidentally delete them.

my land treasure is from between 2000 to 2100 but when deleting 0 to 2090 it deletes loot crates. just avoid 2000 to 2100 range

I believe the ID for treasure is somewhere in 2090-2095. So if u do 0-2090 and 2096 to 10000 then almost all but treasure should be removed

@willzwix1 Try to disable shadows in your graphics settings. Also go and disable all addons you dont need when creating a new world.

nvm it fixed itself after leaving it alone for a few mins

Changed the line to:
if is_admin and (command == "?delete_objects" or command == "?delObjs") then

There is a small permission error in the script: it is possible to execute "?delete_objects" as non-admin due to operator precedence. to mitigate it, change the if in line 2 to
if (command == "?delete_objects" or command == "?delObjs") and is_admin then

Sadly I got no time to make myself familiar with AI in Stormworks but this also sounds hard to make.

Could you possibly make a mod that runs ?delete_objects and than spawns AI after a delay?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention! Unfortunately this is a side effect of this script deleting all objects because NPCs are just objects too.

Im not sure but I think it despawns all AI that is spawned in boats and air vehicles, so they either sit still or fall into the water

doesnt even need to be a new version tbh, can just make a tickbox to check so it wont despawn loot boxes

Why does it delete only around 3,040 objects if it deletes all with id between 0-10000?

For me, I have a good computer. I was wondering if you could make the opposite of this. Like if you spawn in big creations, it slows the game down to increase the fps. Could you make it so that way it doesn't slow the game down but at the cost of lower fps?

You just need to be host/admin on a MP server to use ?delObjs

Will this also get rid of flares and oil rods?

Surprised to hear that! As long as there are not many player spawned items around, it should only make a difference of 1–5 FPS depending on your PC (In singleplayer).
The Add-On really shines during PVP battles when you can clean up hundreds of dropped rifles etc. and thereby improve performance for clients (your friends on your server)

This is awesome! I play on Mac because it is my only option, and as you can imagine, the sheer lack of performance is terrifying. As per its name, it vastly improved my fps.

Nice I favorited the mod so I could find and download when i need better frames for example when i spawn in a cargo ship or whatnot but when i'm playing casual I don't usually have it installed

You first need to download this Add-On (click "Subscribe" button on the top of this page)
Then you need to restart Stormworks and create a new savegame ("New Game" button in Stormworks)
Click "Enabled Add-ons"
On the top there will be 3 blue tabs: "Official", "Saved" and "Workshop".
Click on "Workshop"
You should now see an Add-On called "FPS Optimizer" - Enable it. (Toggle thing must turn green)
Go back to the screen where you clicked on "Enabled Add-ons".
Start the savegame.
Have fun
