I personally think the paint is fine because it's toned down to a spot in which it looks like some kind of camo.(exept pink)

Modeling is great, it doesn't need to be paint-able though, it would be fine if it was just as is

Pyro has very few helmets. I wouldn't mind getting this in-game at all.
