@bubble tea yes, this adds new districts. There's no way to dynamically change district pictures.
@Lord Gaben do you have an idea what the problem might be? Disappearing districts have been a problem in the past, but that was fixed already...
@FrazierFr do you want to upload the translation yourself or incorporate it into this?
And honestly speaking, I don't know what's up with the mining districts problem. I left their spawn chance the same as in vanilla.
@Sycloness I think you just got some very bad luck. If it doesn't happen in multiple games then everything is probably fine
