Huh, weird, never had an issue like that, i'll check it out when i can, in the meanwhile i recommend the obvious, yk, reinstalling the mod + disabling + re-enabling

I mean In-game,can't find Any tape that on list
Even in Admin Panel.

Tapes should spawn in containers that newly generate, meaning you'll have to go into areas you haven't explored yet or you need to turn on item respawning.

However I won't exclude the possibility something's wrong with the mod, which I will check out when I can.
