Im not sure if this fits TF2's style very well, it seems like it would fit better in CS:GO if you ask me. The textures seem to realistic for TF2's stylized nature, and the small details make it look too realistic or like it fits in another game. The concept of an opal-marble themed warpaint isn't bad, but i think this one could use some different texturing in order to fit better in the game.

I feel the orange parts are a bit strong and too eye-catching, but other-wise great skin. The orange and white are great together, I just wish it was a bit more subdued. Still really pretty and hard to look away. Nice work, mate.

You could do something like that with using a custom cubemap, but unfortunately that's the only cube you'd get. No matter how dark a room you were standing in you'd just get the opal shine, and if you didn't zero out the rest of the weapon you'd see it there too, and you would never get the map's cubes. This is how Australium works, custom cube.

Ngl the thumbnail made it look like it was a new knife as opposed to a war paint.

I actually really love the concept of an opal-themed war paint (totally not bias because it's one of my birthstones).
It is however very unfortunate that the war paint system is very limited, like dude it would be so cool if you could emulate the effect opals give off when you look at them from a certain angle.
