I love to see if modded towns/city looks pro like a vanilla one before putting it in my world.

After multiple tests, I come to the conclusion that the problem was created by the mod 'Aquatsar Yacht Club'.
This mod involved spawning a boat in the tiny enclave of the building located in the area I mentioned.
So I apologize, and leave these messages to give a hint if other people would be in the same situation.
It's right at the top of the map, where the game crashes every time.
It seems that it is inside the cell that you have modified.
Until you look at this problem I will try the legacy version, but I hope you can watch this.
