Screwdriver: Very fast swinging. Creeper 5 hit. Slasher 3 hit.
Knife:Very fast swinging. Creeper 4 hit. Slasher 2 hit.
Crowbar: Moderate swinging. Creeper 4 hit. Slasher 2 hit.
Saw: Fast swinging. Creeper 3 hit. Slasher 2 hit.
Wrench: Slow swinging. Creeper 3 hit. Slasher 2 hit.
Hammer: Very slow swinging. Creeper 3 hit. Slasher 2 hit.
All melee weapons have the same range.
Conclusion: Saw is best against creepers. Knife is best against slashers.

It takes me 15 minutes to find the way open vent, but I still can't open them.To the point that I completed the Achiverment "What??"
