Just like the 'working buldozer' vehicle mod.... I didn't take measures to copy its files because I didn't think they would take issue with adding value to game by making static decor into functional construction equipment. B*****ds! We need engineering vehicles that work, and so far only GM CDLC has added something!?!?! sorry for slightly off-topic mini-rant. But I miss that bull-dozer...

Alright guys, make sure you copy over the files into the (user added mods folder, incase they try and nuke this one too, even though it is not connected to anything but the creativity of community)
