actually you dont even need any code to make a dating sim mod. just some mild file tampering lol. i made a tutorial forever ago you can probably search it up on youtube but im sure there's better tutorials out there somewhere

it may not be finished anymore since i've kinda been burned out of rain world for a while :(

not to get your hopes up though but i did have a story for another lizard set up so there's probably a 1% chance i'll finish and update that lol
