So, if it can run on the version nowadays without errors, can I use it for a long time?
Remove EML is currently in public testing. That needs to be run first. Then it depends on what functionality you were using with EML/Prop Anarchy - Prop Control and Line Tool would be the two main ones, maybe Visibility Control as well, but it depends on what you were using - again, there's not a simple answer to the situation.
I know that there are a few mods but is there a collection for what i need to unsubscribe from and what i need to subscribe to?
I got thrown off by an earlier reply.

@Maghuro If you're not using the expanded prop limit, then you should just be able to unsubscribe. Otherwise you might need to wait for the 'Remove EML' mod to be published, which it will be once some final issues are sorted out.
The props are placed randomly throughout the buffer, not all at the start. So yes, even if you've only got 10K props, you will still lose some
So say your prop buffer with EML is currently set to 262K (4x the vanilla limit). The 10K props will be randomly distributed across the entire buffer.
When you unsusbcribe from EML, the first 65K (25%) of that buffer is preserved, but the remainder is lost, as is any prop within that extended range.
In this example, you could expect to lose 75% of your placed props. Does that make sense?
The base game has a 65k prop buffer and EML extends that limit, correct? I guess what I am asking is if I am using 10k out of 65k, would it be likely that I have not even tapped into the extended buffer? And therefore safe to unsubscribe...
Thanks for your continued work on these mods.
Which is nuts, because the original released...what, last year?
If you've expanded the prop buffer size then that save will require EML to load properly, yes. I'm hoping that 'Remove EML' will be able to recover peoples saves, but I still need to adjust some things before I'm comfortable releasing it, and I can't guarantee recovery in all cases.
(and thanks!)
