Probably because the mod.info is still set to Mod Template defaults.

Unfortunately I have placed Zomboid on hold in addition to having come down with strep throat.

I have little to no experience modding so it will be some time before I'm able to fix this.

Yeah, as previously mentioned, no mod in the manager, so no idea if it's working or not

HI,I think this mod is not working,NPC still keeping change their mag.
