This mod causes some issues within the tech tree. Some techs can't be research able, for example, check the start of the infantry tree. The only installed items were the mods listed under "required items"

Is it compatible with UTTNH Expanded? i'm asking because there is now a compatibility patch to make UTTNH Expanded and UTTNH Fighting Forces Expanded compatible with each other

Try it in a minimal environment. Then gradually enable other mods to find the conflicting mods.
