Thanks for your comment. Innosteve and I agree on the problem with the suspension on the rear two axels. We are currently working on it. Can you please elaborate the problems with the engine and the transmission further? Im not a truck expert, but real truck engines normally run between 1100rpm and 2200rpm. (Correct me if I’m wrong). Our truck runs at 1500rpm (25rps), so it’s in the realistic area. 2200rpm (36.67rps) just don’t work well In stormworks, as the engine sounds like a lawnmower at such speeds.
I would actually like to work on an autopilot system, however this would require script access to camera data as there is no way to detect the road edges from within the game currently.
Not exactly sure what graphics you mean. I think the interface will stay in a similar design language for future builds but more apps will be added. IDT OS can theoretically scale up to 28 apps simultaneously on a single monitor, which obviously only works on larger panels though. I am afraid that for this exact reason IDT OS will not make it on to cars as the 2x3 monitor used here is the minimum size that is somewhat useful with IDT OS as all smaller monitors can not support split apps. (there are simply too little pixels available)
However IDT OS will surely be featured in future (non car) builds (after all I did not design it to support 28 apps just to put it on this tiny screen) so stay tuned :D
Light bar should work fine. It is however toggled from a seperate system from within the lights app labelled "Spotlight". Could you elaborate on your issues with the cabin design?
Lua stuff is cool, but i think you can make cabin design bit better!
Overall 6/10
Thank You
It means a lot to us!
I wish I could but the 3D renders were not made by the IDT design team. You can find the credits of the Artist in the vehicle description
It's an old ship i built a while ago. I never uploaded it to the workshop.
It's a EEM 923 innosteve built and my SBB Cargo Fluid wagon.

We can not supply full support as the wheel guards do require the truck to be 1 block higher than the trailer standard and delivering a Panther without proper wheel guards is not an option for IDT. However this would still couple fine to sibtat trailers.
While the IDT-OS signal bus is signifficantly more complex than the standard for sibtat signals, it is possible to implement a switching system as IDT trailers do have an authentication system with Panther trucks. I have tested a basic implementation and it looks promising.
We are considering the design choices and might provide an update with a cross compatible version next thursday.
Thank you for your input.
Im sorry to hear this. To me this does sound like the engine does not get fuel and attempts to drive on the starter motor. This is likely an issue with your world preset as the truck drives as follows:
1. Turn the key (or press 2)
2. Press and hold W and it sets off.
I recommend you create a new world and ensure you have all components unlocked and all permissions. I don't see any other reason why it should not work.
