I personally don't port models. I commission :( to do them. He's the other contributer. Go to his profile and leave a comment and he'll get back to you about a paid commission. He's very good had has years of work to back it up.

By chance, do you plan on porting more of them? If not, how would I port my models? Not many of my models would be ok on the workshop, but I do want to port 2 of them. I have a femboy, and a clown elf lady. The documentation on porting stuff to GMod is awful, honestly.
