Update:
-I changed special side air.
-You can stop Hiei special side more easy than before, with long attack, projectile...
-Hiei have more cooldown when he use special neutral and special neutral air.
-He's more vulnerable when some special attack.

please fix he breaks the game and makes it lag for some reason also all his moves are really really overpowered lol
