You should disallow the Eagles rhib flag from attacking Warehouses, or any other inland flags for that matter. If the flag's protect radius doesnt touch water, the bots will get stuck in their boats as they try to find an attack solution.

very very nice map. if you go above the recommended bot count a lot of the npcs will just stay on the main eagle aircraft carrier but I don't think there's a fix for that yet, more of a developer thing.
