Smart .ove, they do often throw pants under the bus for no good reason. We've got a pants shortage

Originally I wanted to make the pants a separate misc, but considering how Valve has been adding only two-based item sets I decided to merge them

sad the pants aren't a separate item but this looks so good that I still love it. Besides, it'd be nice to have that third slot for a beard cosmetic
