Another desirable option would be to limit it to selecting only physical skills and/or to allow configuring which skills get boosted during a berserk sesh. Aiming and Reloading are definitely on the top of the list of the skills that I figure oughtn't to be benefitted by going bananas.
It's definitely a good, fully functional mod if you want it for the niche it provides, but I don't recommend it as part of a complete, balanced load order... or breakfast.
