What is the mod on the 1st video (red room)?

It'd be funnier if you'd make his death sound echo like 3x over each other slowly fading out like you already have it... if that makes sense. Like Solid Snake's death sound, but being Isaac.

this mod works extremely well with the Wario screaming Game Over mod. the calming Startup to Wario screaming in rage is the best synergy I've ever seen since Rock Bottom + Ipecac

@Cream Thank you for the kind words! I didn't create the custom game over screen though, it's part of the "Deep Laboratories" mod which reskins the whole game to have a more retro-futuristic look. I hope this reply helped!
