@ejebhf Project acc: Happens automatically when sitting on a toilet. Pooping takes a bit of time so get cozy. You'll hear fart noises. If no such noises can be heard and nothing happens after like 30s, something isn't working.
@Kriston: The recipe is currently broken. It will be fixed with the next update which will release alongside or shortly after the game's summer update.

Looking into the xml, your suspicions are true.
x8.33 times the structure damage of a 40mm GRENADE,
x4 the knockback,1.25x the range and x10 the ballast-flora damage of a FRAG GRENADE.
I'm gonna try simply deleting that item entry out of the xml, I'll report back whether or not it works.
you can only avoid it by placing the thing in or away from an area that isn't commonly full with water (ballast, airlock)
if you're using the orca you could also place it in the armory (just make sure to keep the armory hatch closed at all times unless you are certain there are no monsters outside)
Sometimes, when cultivating fruits, a mutated variant spawns, I know that mutated variants often explode but this particular one releases an explosion so big that it has even reached the reactor room making all of us explode.
In case this is from the mod, is there any way to disable this? Because we are playing a permadeath heavilly modded game and getting killed by a random event like this while gardening is something I want to avoid.
