One of the better designed joke characters for sure. Could use some balancing though, some moves are way too weak and others are too strong. F-strong and d-strong take forever to kill while u-strong might be a bit too strong, u-air takes ages to kill but all the aerials are really fast and combo into each other very easily, and the up-b used with the metal crate is a broken recovery, it's like Orcane's but instead of killing it's much less punishable, so fast you can actually use it in combos. I love the aspect of being able to combo with it but something needs to change so it's not so busted as a recovery.
