1.3の環境で導入してみたらエラーが出ました。自分なりに調べてみた結果、
　　<!-- 死の灰への感受性 -->
　　<ToxicEnvironmentResistance>0</ToxicEnvironmentResistance>
　　<!-- 毒素、汚染？への耐性　0だと耐性がない -->
　　<ToxicResistance>0.5</ToxicResistance>
の２つが1.4になってから使われている記述だからだと考えました。
そこでローカルコピーしたファイルで死の灰への感受性に関する記述を、
　　<ToxicSensitivity>0</ToxicSensitivity>
に書き換えたところエラーなくゲーム内の「毒に対する感受性」が0％で導入できました。

こういうModは大好きですので自信をもって新しいものをどんどん作ってください、応援しています。
